I am 56 male 6' 3" in good shape weight was stuck at 196lbs, I joined 30 days ago and after my first FREE workout I was HOOKED. It's a 30 min full body workout that changes every day, and it will challenge you every time, a 9 round trainer is with you throughout your entire workout to guide you and motivate through each of the 9 workout stations. I use the My Zone Fitness tracker and it’s showing an average of about 550 calories burn for each workout not including the AFTERBURN effect that burns even more FAT after your workout. Before the 30 days I could see changes in the mirror especially in the ABS, tighter, smoother and smaller waist. I am not a scale guy but after 30 days I wanted to see what my current weight was, Holy Cow 189lbs that’s a 7 pound weight loss in 30 days. It’s FAST, FUN, and very, very effective workout and only takes 30 min.
A fantastic cardio and muscle endurance workout. Much better than just doing a class where your punching the air, actually hitting the bags helps to build up muscle and keeps things interesting. Having a trainer always be there is huge, you'll never feel lost or alone, and you'll never feel overwhelmed either. How can you not take your first class for free and find out more!?
I absolutely love this place! You know you have a great workout when everyone is too busy to talk at the gym-we are too busy sweating and getting fit! You guys rock!
