This place is fantastic on so many levels but is also seriously lacking in one major area. The gym is top notch and the coaches are fantastic, whether it be cheerleading, tumbling or batting, they all know their stuff and are great at sharing their knowledge and love of their chosen profession with your child. They tend to consider their clientele family and treat them a such. The only negative I have, and for me it's a big one, is the lack of organization and communication. The gym redesigned their website and updates the facebook page regularly, however, both are used primarily for marketing and not to keep parents informed. Communicating practice schedules/changes, competition information and any other pertinent information would be much more helpful than seeing only how the cheer teams did after their competition.

I won a gift certificate for a birthday party at this facility. It took me many times calling them before I actually got to speak to someone. I think I left about six messages and they never did call me back, I just happened to catch them. Finally I spoke to someone who was very nice and she gave me the times and dates that were available for the party. She told me all the info for what the party would include. I called back to confirm the date and time and everything was apparently set. The day before the party I left them a message to confirm my numbers but no one ever called me back. I arrived on the day of the party a half an hour before the party was scheduled to begin to find the building totally locked up! I had 25 guests on the way and no idea what I was going to do! Luckily, Airheads on Linebaugh was able to accommodate my party at totally the last minute. While my husband was waiting for all our guests to show up, more people showed up for batting practice. I am not holding my breath for the owners of XCEL 360 to call me but I am very curious to know what their excuse for this big mix up is.
