I started training with Jeff and in 8 months I lost 60 lbs in fat and gained muscle. I used the workout he designed for me and the diet he has and the weight came off. I would recommend Jeff at Top Fit Pros Training to everyone that needs to get into good shape.
Jeff has been great to work with.. I have been working with him for several months. His program works I am never been more fit since I was in my 20's and have been steadily loosing weight. I work with him 3 times an week and he has been very flexible in working around my schedule. If you work with him you will get in shape and loose weight.
I contacted Jeff at Top Fit Pros Training 1 year ago and decided to start working out to get fit. After 6 months I had lost 47 lbs following his program and decided to keep working with him because he guided me every step of the way through the program. I fitness train with Jeff 3 times a week. The gym he owns is spotlessly clean. I am the only one training during my session and that is important to me. If you need a personal fitness trainer that has a great amount of experience then Jeff should be your choice. I can see that Jeff really enjoys what he does helping people get into shape.
