I've been a member of this gym since June of 2012. I've loved the atmosphere and the trainers. Most importantly, it has really brought results for me, already having lost 30+ lbs in 3 months. Highly recommended.

I have been a member of BodyTrac Health & Fitness for over 5 years, I have tried so many other gyms in town and have found BodyTrac is for sure the best gym I have EVER been to. I love the trainers there. They will help you reach your goal if you just put your time and energy into it.

BodyTrac is the place to join for personal group training sessions, accountability with an appointment (I actually GO to the gym instead of just paying for it!) and free nutrition classes. I highly recommend them if you want results.
