I've been a BodyTrac member for about 2 months now and I have to say I love it! I have used personal trainers in the past at Xsport and Premiere and they just can't begin to compare to the value you get at BodyTrac. It is literally less than a quarter of the cost for personal at BodyTrac then the bigbox gyms. The owner of the Park Avenue location, James, is so great he provides such an amazing and welcoming environment. The trainers always have new exercises and ways to change up your workout. Definitely a must if you are serious about getting into shape!
