I started working out at this gym several moths ago and just love the atmosphere. It is a very clean facility offering everything I need to work out. The gym is owned by a very knowledgeable master trainer who is willing to help me at any time. If your looking for good quality gym to join then I would highly recommend you consider this one.
I began working out here a few months ago and I really like this gym. There are always machines available, it's clean, functional, and the trainers really know what they're doing. Overall a great place to workout.
Carol & Bobby are awesome; they work hard to make their gym the best possible and it pays off. Their facility is extremely clean and the selection of fitness classes is great. I would recommend this place to people of all ages, and it offers a home-y feel thanks to its small size.
Best small gym in Vero Beach! It has just about everything one could want in a gym. Gym also has a large room for martial arts/group classes with wall-to-wall mats and mirrors. I used that room for floor exercises and stretching, etc. Prices were also great. Owners-trainers were always very friendly and accommodating. Although I prefer to work out alone, without talking to others, everyone here was very friendly and polite. I seemed more like a private club where most of the members knew each other.
