Anytime Fitness
Reviews
Gym is a little more spacious then other local Anytime Fitness facilities. However, the equipment is poorly organized, meaning it's hard to work out on one machine/piece of equipment with out bumping into someone else. Furthermore, it's very frustrating trying to get your sets in when you have a group of 8 guys hovering one machine rotating in and out, but more-so just flat-out talking, hanging out. If I wanted to hang out with my friends, I'd go to a bar. Not shoot the shit and hog a machine, especially when there's only one in the facility. Even more disheartening is witnessing an employee on duty as a part of the group, for over 30 minutes socializing. I get it, be friendly with your clients, but at least do your job. I decided to try out this location due to curiosity. However, I will not be returning or recommending this specific gym. I frequently visit the location off of Marietta Hwy, which I highly recommend. It is spacious, you don't feel crowded while working out, the socializing isn't anywhere near as obnoxious and the employees engage clients but also spend their shift doing their job. I'm sorry to say, but the Riverstone location left a very bland taste in my mouth.
