I'm trying to cancel my membership and sent the letter to the address: Club Administrative Services Corporate Center, 233 12th Street #730, Columbus, GA The letter came back as 'no such number-unable to forward'. When you call them you get nothing but recordings.
worst company ever! I have had 7 trainers over 2 month period because they are having management and trainer issues. I am now over $650 into my training with my 7th trainer that called me today because they can't keep the club staffed with certified trainers. I have gotten no results as I have to start over with a new trainer every few weeks and get an evaluation every time. I have talked with a manager, she won't let me out of contract so I am still going round and round with the company even during all of this horrible customer service. I have now had to stop payment on my card and just let them come after me because they refuse to let me out of contract even with horrible customer service and ongoing issues! All they care about is getting your money! PS. first time ever I have complained about a company, its that bad!
Worst company I have ever known!! DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH THEIR GYMS! You'll NEVER get your subscription cancelled because MRS. GUNTER doesn't answer the phone EVER! I would burn their building down with every one of those scam artists in it if it were legal!!!!!!!!
Horrible customer service. Mrs. Gunter, the "Cancellation Manager" is unprofessional and power-happy to say the least.
Terrible customer service! No one takes responsibility for anyaction and they continue to charge me money for NOTHING! I truly hate this company
