Staff is horrible. Disrespectful and actually down right rude in some cases went on a guest pass because my wife and I were thinking about joining but wouldn't even consider working out the even if it was $10 a month
They do not have enough stairs for everyone, these are always full, I can't get on them. The ladies locker room stinks. The staff isn't too friendly.
Horrible customer service!!!!! Convenient location but their staff is simply horrible. Their locker room is always a mess, I've been there early in the morning and late in the afternoon as well, but it's always the same, toilet paper all over the floor, mirrors and doors are never clean and trash cans are always full (trash falling out of them). It's sad that a gym with such a reputation can hire unprofessional personnel. Maybe they should be trained by the Brookhaven staff.
Horrible customer service experience with the general manager Dante today. Just a complete disgrace. Called in the night before with a specific question which an employee named Julio answered. Came in this morning and got a completely different response from Dante. Instead of saying, "I'm sorry Julio misinformed you, but that's corporate policy and there's nothing I can do about this situation unfortunately. I will however inform Julio so that this doesn't happen again." Simple right? Not so much...Dante's response was "Well you're speaking to the general manager so you can disregard what Julio told you. And it seems to me like you knew the policy and misled him with your question." What the heck?!?...Did a general manager just blame a customer for not knowing a company policy when his own employee is unaware and misinforming customers? Anyway, just a total disaster today...ended up ruining what was supposed to be a great Thanksgiving workout day with four of my best friends. Will definitely be leaving once the month is over and so will all my friends and family. Worst case, I can come back and sign-up with no enrollment fee cause it seems like no matter when you go in, it's "We're doing a special just today for Thanksgiving...and then Christmas...and then New Year's...and then Easter...and then 4th of July...etc." Lies, schemes, gimmicks, you name it. Worse than used car salesmen. Go to the LA Fitness in Duluth or Lifetime. Much better GYMS and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Terrible service with shady reps. The worst is the man in charge. Worst general manager I've ever met...for any type of business. A total meat head who doesn't respect each individual member probably because there are so many people at this gym already. It's crowded, equipment is old, and people come probably for the location and price. Not worth it for me though because I prefer to be treated with respect and dignity. P.S. for any ladies or gents interested in Zumba classes, the instructors seem to be more experienced at the Duluth location (in my opinion) and they also offer my classes and times for people whose schedules are not as flexible.
