Worst customer service of any gym I have been a member of. Management is unresponsive to customer concerns and will not return calls. The owner Mr Saed is unresponsive to requests. This gym although close to my home is the last place I will ever go to workout. I have been a member of this gym and World Gym for over 8 years. However it has changed ownership in the past 1.5 and the new owner and management have ran long time customers away. They mischarged me on several occasions and would not return my phone calls or meet with me at the gym to discuss. They were even unresponsive to the Marietta Better Business Bureau. They new owner has ruined the gym since he took ownership, I only wish that under his ownership that the gym fails. Shop around there are several alternatives in the immediate area!
Terrible management! This is not a safe place for 24/7 workouts. The card access does not work most of the time and panhandlers will come in while you are working out after hours. Management does not respond. People are leaving in droves.
The new management is horrible. The only thing I liked about it was the personal training manager but he is no longer there. I DON'T wonder why!
