Buyer Beware!!! They lock you into at least a 2 year contract of which you cannot cancel without moving away. At the end of the 2 to 3 year contract if you do not give them 30 days advanced notice they will get another payment from you. I was willing to pay a fee to get out of the contract. The only fee I can pay is the entire amount for the remaining 2 years. This is a tar pit. Be cautious before signing. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This is trickery and chicanery.
24Seven Fitness, while a decent workout facility, is guilty of some shady practices. Being in Rincon for only the summer months, I wanted to take advantage of their $24/mo deal. The desk guy misled me into thinking that the contract was month-to-month, when in fact it was for 2 years, with a $75 cancellation fee. I was able to use the gym for 2 months, then had to pay a ridiculous fee to cancel. Avoid if you value upright business practices.
They tried to pull the same trick on me. Luckily I was skeptical and questioned them closely and realized the scam just in time.
