This is a great place to train. I have worked out for years and have never met a better trainer than Kristin. She is tough, but by focusing on having good technique, and understanding of injuries and limitations, she has you doing things you didn't believe were possible. On top of that, the atmosphere is great. Unlike other gyms in town, everyone there is your friend and practically your family. Don't worry about being a star athlete either. All kinds of people are working out here.Give them a try!
