Found this gem ('gym' pun) last year and will never workout anywhere else as long as I'm in the area. Mike, Ryan, and Kim are all three amazing strength, conditioning, and functional movement coaches/trainers that will help you realize and achieve your individual fitness goals. The environment is one where you can get individualized attention in a group setting. This place is a community more than it is a gym. People of every age, you will not regret converting to Rebell Strength and Conditioning!

I have been working out at Rebell Conditioning for quite a while now. I must say, it is a great place and I haven't been able to find anything else like it in Chicago. It is well maintained, has great equipment and the trainers are friendly. Mike and Ryan have great experience, numerous certifications and and have helped me to tone my body the way I have always wanted. I hired Mike as a personal trainer for myself and am overly impressed. The trainers at Rebell are very good at the skill and techniquq involved with kettlebelsl and they make you feel comfortable & confident throughout the learning curve. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good wellness center or personal trainer in Chicago.

I have been working out at Rebell Conditioning for quite a while now. I must say, it is simply a great place. It is well maintained with all the necessary equipments. The staff and trainers are friendly and well mannered, especially Mike, who has great experience and have helped me a lot to get a toned body. I hired a personal trainer for myself and was skeptical about its efficacy in the beginning but I have not made any mistake. The trainer is very good at Kettlebell and makes you feel comfortable at every step. I must highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good wellness center around.

The guys at Rebell Conditioning are incredibly talented and experienced professionals. I was looking for workouts that could help me improve strength and muscle flexibility. So, I enrolled at Rebell for training sessions. I was amazed at the way that they prepared my fitness program. It was highly effective. I lost weight, toned up, increased my strength which in turn contributed to an increase in my active and healthy lifestyle. They have excellent teachers - Mike and Ryan are the best! Strength training classes at Rebell Conditioning are extremely helpful. Not only have they helped me to get leaner and more toned, but the classes have also increased my strength, stamina and endurance. Strength training from experienced, caring and professional trainers (Mike Connelly and Ryan Steenrod) has been a life changing workout for me. I feel so much stronger & energetic after attending their kettlebell classes. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for effective strength training in Chicago.
