The hotel itself is very nice with a wonderful view of the city, especially from the suite rooms. I stayed in the English suite one night and the room and view were great. It is a little inconvenient getting around as you have to transfer elevators a few times. The front desk staff were great and very helpful, particularly Angela; however, the athletic club staff were rude and obnoxious. Not a place for children, as they have a rule of no children allowed in the pool.
my workout trainer tony is wonderful, i like this place they give me motivation. i have lost 48 pounds on a diet seperate to this facility but i lost an additional 52 coming here. they love their clients. i am so happy with this club
The athletic club does not respond to customer queries/complaints.
Best views ever from a hotel and can't beat the price....new favorite vacay spot
