I would highly recommend you take that mouse or your finger and use it to find a different gym elsewhere on this map/phone/etc. Get ready for a story. First off, I am not one to complain or write reviews about businesses. And I am not writing this review to exact my revenge, but the problems we have encountered with Fitness World should be known. My wife and I were trying to cancel her account when tagged with a massive $200 bill before we had to leave. Fitness World operates through a "billing company" who does NOT notify you if you are not paying your automatic fee. Card wasn't being processed for 5 months (card # change) and we were not notified, but my wife could still use her membership. Wat? Fitness World blames it on the so-called "billing company" and stated that after several months they notify you -- they did not. That was around $170.00. This included a $10 fee for each time the card didn't process -- $50 in fees. The worst part is, they did not say we needed to updated our debit card number as it was pulling straight out of our checking account. Fitness world claims it just "fixed itself" after 5 months of unpaid membership. False. On top of that, instead of showing us a little mercy, they decide to still charge us for 25% of our remaining monthly membership, even though it had been 2 years. Fitness World manager did not go the extra mile and actually was pretty rude about the whole situation. This isn't even the whole story. Again, please find somewhere else to obtain a membership. TL;DR - Owner has horrible attitude and shaved arms, we are charge $200 in fees for a flawed "billing company", owner still charges us another fee, wife is upset, never coming back.
