You get what you pay for at this place. The best part is the new facility, but their customer service is probably worse than any other gym in town. I signed up for a basic membership at the Maplecrest facility even though I would use Dupont the most. After a few months I was told that I could only use one location with a basic membership even though I was assured I could use any of them when I signed up. I've had numerous billing issues over the last 2 years that they eventually figured out, but it was a hassle. I have finally switched to the Y and in order to cancel my membership I had to show up and do it in person. The water pressure is also incredibly low at this place. The shower is just a trickle.
