I just joined the fitness center and have only been twice during this past week. The first time was extremely low key and no stress. Everyone was very helpful and eager to answer questions. That was on 2/8/15. On 2/10/15. we wemt again and we were very dissatisfied with the customer service. Everyone except Kayla seemed to be disgusted with answering questions about how something works, to asking how I would know who is next in line for the Total Enhancement and Hydro Beds. I had one young man that kept texting on his phone that it wasn't his job and another girl that said that they weren't keeping up with the clip board and that I would just have to trust her who is next after which she rolled her eyes. I love the gym and definitely want to continue, but the management needs to get a handle on better supervision of employees, because one day, they are going to upset the wrong customer, and you never know who that might be. Please work on customer service. This could ruin your business. Something to bring up in the Friday night "Team" meeting.
