Just like the prior rating, I would never recommend this place to anyone! Every employee I talked to had no knowledge of the gym's procedures. Once an employee couldn't even look up my account on their computer system. I had tried to cancel my membership for 6 weeks and every employee gave me the run-around. I ended up paying for a month longer than the contract states because of their ignorance! The facilities aren't much better. Most of the machinery is outdated and dysfunctional and the bathrooms smell like mold (their solution to this problem was to paint the walls and put a fan in the bathroom). Bottom line: This gym is way too overpriced for what you get.

I have been a customer with Capital fitness for one year and I have hated every minute of it. I started at the gym when they had a lovely women's facility, but shortly after joining they did away with it. I asked if they were planning on bring the facility back and was told they needed room for a martial arts class. We also experienced the gyms many time changes. With my husband working 12 hour days many of these did not work. I was so mad and felt as if I had been lied to. I contacted the manger who only works between the hours of 5 am and 8 am about getting out of my contract, since they were no longer providing me the services I signed up for. He was extremely rude and informed me that if I stopped payment he would take me to court. He then stated, "That would be a long expensive process." Since I was forced to keep my contract I have had to wait one full year to terminate with this gym. I have wrote a letter of termination and am now playing run around with the manger to make sure he has notified his bank. I would NEVER recommend using this gym.
