The request for repair was yesterday and this morning it was fixed and all is well. Coming from a large farm house The Mill has been fairly easy, love the atmosphere, the feeling of being safe and able to walk the grounds! We are loving this place!
4 Stars: Summary: The work seemed to be done and I have not seen any leaks. It was almost like they were not there, while I was at work. I had a leak from my front door that allowed water in when it rained, it does not do it anymore after the fix. I was glad to see it done 1-2 days later, but I did not realize it till the weather rained and I noticed no water on the ground. Pros: Done promptly Hardly realized they were in the apartment at any time It looks good and is working as requested Cons: Because it was eerie that they did not leave any noticeable trace that they had been there. I did not know the work had been done till it rained. Wish the workers would have left a note saying we did this at x:xx time. That's the only thing I would like to know. Does not need to be fancy just saying hey we were here and we are done.
I have lived here for over a year it's a little pricey but love the pool/gym area. The neighborhood is very safe and the staff is wonderful and very helpful. The maintenance men are friendly and are quick to come fix/repair anything. I can go into the rent office and inform them something is wrong and within a few hours it is fixed, sometimes without even knowing they were here.
Maintenance was here yesterday per our request to fix a couple minor things, we are very pleased with the quick response. The Mill is very tentative!
I ask for a repair and it was complete within 2 hrs.
