This place is great! I have been a member since they opened. Very clean and well managed. Alot of different types of classes. Very friendly and helpful staff. The owners are great.
I was one of the very first members at Adrenaline, and I have had no complaint so far. It is always clean and the ammenities are great. They have just about every kind of cardio machine you would need (each with individual televisions) and tons of strength training equipment including both machines and free weights. Tanning beds and aerobics classes are available. The bathrooms/locker rooms are great (again, always clean) - the shower is spacious and has its own room with a door (not just a curtain) for total privacy. I love the fact that childcare is included and the staff is wonderful! Open 24/7 with various safety features to make you feel completely comfortable any hour of the day or night!
