I feel at home at the studio. I really like the small class sizes and the attention I get from the instructors. They have helped me get back on track and get into shape.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! What a beautiful facility with the most versatile programming and GREAT instructors. I LOVE the concept of a boutique fitness studio that specializes in group exercise. This fitness studio has something for everyone at every fitness level. The barre classes have truly changed my body and the Zumba instructors are the most talented I have ever seen. Add in TRX, SPIN, Reformer and so much more, I will never run out of ways to challenge myself at this wonderful facility.
