A great club where u do ur own thing without pressure or gymtimidation, friendly staff and trainers.

I think that is something they could improve. The staff like hanging out together and aren't much to work. And the only people who really work there are the cleaning folks...everyone else doesn't really appear to do much. I asked for help and was told the machines were self explanatory..very disappointed Everyone on the staff is super lazy and does not stand behind their word. I was sold a plan with the possibility to upgrade to silver at any point I wanted. Second, I came to add my wife to the gym when I was told I need a contract to up grade. They lost not just one member but two. The staff and specially the manager was extremely rude. I will never recommend W.O.W (Brockton)to any of my friends.

Great for only $10 buck. drink cost 10 or more nowadays....health is wealth

I go to this Gym 4 days a week. You get what you pay for $10.00 a month. I like this Gym since I have lost 40 Pounds going.

You get what you pay for, for $10 a month you get a gym that has a good amount of equipment but the womens weight room was a joke, the ceiling was leaking constantly and there were sections of the ceiling that really needed to be replaced. As for canceling your membership it was a pain, the customer care center must have 1 rep because when I called I was caller # 15 and had to wait forever, then they have the nerve to state that you can leave a message but when you do, the message states that if you are canceling your membership you must speak directly to a customer service rep, what a real pain, I really dont know why they call it a customer care center when it appears to be just 1 person!!!
