I went to Chris at APT fitness training after two consecutive knee surgeries over the course of 8 months. I was overweight, unhealthy, and unhappy. After only 4 months I have seen tremendous results. I have lost weight, gained muscle, and gotten healthier both physically and mentally. Rather than having one universal diet and workout plan, he tailors his nutritional plans and workout programs to exactly the goals you want to achieve. He is very easy to contact, and his accessibility is rivaled by no one. He takes a very well rounded approach to fitness and well-being. All in all, I would recommend Chris to anyone. Take it from a guy who has had several trainers at a competitive level of athletics. THIS GUY IS LEGIT!!

I went to Chris at APT Fitness earlier this year with a need to decrease body fat and improve my overall health. I tried other trainers with the typical lifting exercises to only become disinterested in the workouts and their minimal impact. Early in the workouts, Chris noticed weaknesses that had my body overcompensating causing soreness and back pain that I thought were a cause of inefficient stretching prior to my hockey games and other athletic activities. He tailored a workout focused on strengthening these weak areas and the impact was immediate: no back pains or soreness. In fact I got stronger. With a healthy nutritional program, my body fat decreased significantly. Chris is not just about body fat, toning and getting in shape, it's about your overall health. He will cater a program specific for you. Best investment I have made in a long, long time.
