Sata Strength & Conditioning
Reviews
Coming to Sata Strength & Conditioning showed me that I was capable of far more than I ever would have thought. I have progressed further at Sata in 2 months than I have in the past year when I was going to a regular gym. Every time I attend another class I find more goals that I want to reach and it gives me that push that I need that I couldn't get from just running on a treadmill. The group setting has only made things more fun for me and the coaches are fantastic at showing and explaining things you may not have known and assisting you throughout the workout as needed. I would highly recommend coming to a free session and seeing what it's all about!!
Looking for a place to work out in Pittsfield? Sata Strength has earned my trust and respect as the premier authority on health, working out, and conditioning. As a practicing Chiropractor and someone who understands bio-mechanics, movement, and techniques I can vouch that they are tops in the field. The individual attention you receive from the trainers at SATA gives you the confidence and know how to get fit, get strong, and do it safely and effectively.

If you want to turn your life around, it isn't too late. Every day is something different and you won't be sorry. Todd Selva is a great trainer, who genuinely believes in you and your progress. Along with his assistant, Brian, and the whole crew, you will have tons of motivation that will make you want more. Don't be intimidated by what you have heard about the workouts, come in and try it and you will not be disappointed. I have been doing this for 6 months now and I am truly thankful that I have the support and motivation that is given to me at Sata Strength.
I had been going to other fitness centers around town, and it was a struggle to keep myself going for longer than 45 minutes. Each time I would head home thinking that I could have done more. I attended two free classes at Sata, and immediately felt like I accomplished more in those two sessions than a week at a typical gym. The group sessions felt more supportive than competitive. Each member really helps to make workouts inclusive, and the overall environment helps each member to push themselves beyond what they thought was possible. I have been a member for 2-3 months now, and look forward to many more months filled with blood, sweat, laughs, struggles, accomplishments, and shattering the mental blocks I had set for myself just months ago.
