Over the years, I've had memberships at various gyms, but nothing as good as this. Crossfit can look intimidating, but the trainers there (Sarah, Kevin, & Zach) make you feel like you can accomplish anything. There is always a scaled down move if you need it, but they also push you to do your very best. They want to see you accomplish your goals, but also strictly enforce safety. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. The box (gym) is clean and well kept. I can't say enough good things about this place.
