There have been so many great changes at this club. It is an awesome gym to be at. Staff knows your name, they have great classes, the pool is always at 84 degrees and clean. Overall best gym to be at.
Poor Customer Service. I was just reviewing my credit card statements today (Jan 2014)and realized that I have wasted over $382 at this gym!!! after we were told Sept 2012 that we would no longer members after the new ownership change takes place and that our membership would end and if we wanted to continue we would have to re-sign so we decided that we would be done as my husband works late nights and me days so the only time he would be able to go is on Saturdays. So I assumed and trusted them that they would not continue charging my credit card (that was stupid of me for trusting someone) and now over a year later I realize that I have been paying for a gym we haven't used for some 380 days... I went into the facility to talk to management well she wasn't there so today she called me at work and I spoke to the owner who was very rude and said well when you signed up your credit card was given to be on file and I said yea but charging me for over a year $382 for a gym we were told we no longer belonged to and she says well yea.. This gym is cheap yes which matches their cheap customer service!!! They take no steal your money without giving a ripe about their customers as long as they have a credit card on file to keep charging they don't care!!! Then to end the conversation she goes "well I can cancel your membership and not charge you the cancelation fee" isn't that kind of her not to charge me more dam money!!
I love this gym. The staff knows everybody's name, very friendly and easy to work with. The parking has gotten a lot better now that we can park on the street. There has not been anything out of order since the new owners have taken over in Dec 2012. They fix things right away -thank you. Was is nice is that there is no contract so it is easy to opt out at any time. Thank you Fitness Evolution.
Poor Customer Service, Sign a contract in Dec 2012 new owners took over and changed all my contract rules without any notification or option to opt out. Lost Me, My women and my sisters biss($90 a month) all over some of the silliest decision make i have ever seen. We were treated like are biss was not valuable. Biss calculator simply does not work!!!
Stay away from this bunch. Extremely poor customer service. They like your money,but will not back their mistakes in billing and contracts. Very rude, very uncooperative. Don't make the mistake that I made. Billy
