They do not have their ?!?! together at all. I wanted a membership, but when I showed up for my first scheduled session with the trainer, no on knew where the trainer was and had not been in contact with her all day. In fact, I wasn't even on the schedule so the little staff they did have there had no clue to even expect me. I cancelled my contract because of this within the 3 business days as per the contract and was promised my initial monies back and that my EFT would not take place, but that was nothing but a pack of lies. I have now had 2 months of fees for a membership that I don't have EFT'd from my account and have made every effort to correct this and get my money back, to no avail. It has taken a strenuous toll on me and this company and the manager really just don't seem to care to rectify this. I have gotten nothing but the runaround from everyone I have spoken to to try to correct this. What they have done, in my opinion is no longer an oversight and just out right blatant thievery and FRAUD!
