My family and I all love it here. The workouts are awesome, the classes are a lot of fun and the gym is unique. It is like getting personal training everytime I walk in the door. They have day passes, punch cards and different level memberships. My kids love the ninja warrior type class.
I may be a bit bias because I am Liz's mom... but the gym is unique. I know the dedication and abilities of both Liz and Russ. If you are looking for a new gym experience with helpful people and a fun and motivating atmosphere Chaos Course is for you. They will not pressure you to do anything so checking them out can only take a bit of your time and just may change your life.
So excited about Chaos Course! Best place for karate and excited for all the new classes! Definitely the best instructors around!
