HORRIBLE. THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA TO USE A DAMN AB WHEEL. WHAT KIND OF GYM IS THAT??? MUST BE AN ELITE MEMBER TO USE 5-25 POUND WEIGHTS ALSO. WTFFFF????? FRIEND HAS BEEN GOING HERE RELIGIOUSLY FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS, ALMOST EVERY DAY WITH A CHECK IN ON FACEBOOK - BE IS BASICALLY THE MAYOR OF FACEBOOK CHECK INS. ILL BE HAPPY TO DRIVE PAST YOU TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE TO WORKOUT. ILL SPREAD THE WORD, ABOUT YOUR ""PACKAGES"", SO YOU CAN SAVE MONEY ON ADVERTISING IF THAT HELPS SINCE YOU GUYS ARE ON A BUDGET CRUNCH.

Wish I could give no stars. Absolutely unprofessional owner. No customer service. I tried to get a refund for $21.68 for inaccurate billing, and owner would not refund my money. He resorted to name calling and saying that I can't afford to pay my bills. All this after I was a member for 2 years. Would never go back even if it was free.

I have recently had an awesome experience signing up at this gym. Walking in I was quickly greeted by the young man at the front desk. He answered every single question I had about the gym and was not pushy on selling me something I didn't care for. I got the simple access and I love it. Coming back he still knows me by name and that's what sets this gym apart from the other local gyms. The only downfall is that it gets pretty busy night after work around 6ish. Great gym!

I would definitely not recommend this facility. No one knows anything about the equipment. Employees are not trainers and the "trainers" that they refer you to only push more sessions and supplements. Stuck it out for a year and when I did try to cancel they continued to charge my bank account the monthly dues. Very difficult to work with and no help what so ever.

I absolutely love Rhino Fitness! I joined over a year ago and I wouldn't change it for the world. Everyone that works there is really friendly and always willing to offer advice. I started a new class there and I am completely hooked. I feel great about building my strength and they offer a wide variety of equipment to help me. I like walking into a gym where every employee knows my name and all remarks are positive and empowering. :)
