This gym is great! It is by far the most comfortable gym environment I have experienced. They have a good variety of equipment that is well maintained in addition to offering a good variety of classes at convenient times. The staff is also friendly and helpful without hovering. The locker room/bathroom has always been clean which is always a good sign.
a place to be motivated !
I'm from Mobile, AL and come to Bay St. Louis to visit 3 to 4 times a month. I have looked at every gym and called around with the intention of trying a day before committing to anyone. The staff at other surrounding gyms have been unhelpful and at one place downright rude. When I called Prestige, the staff was more than happy to let me try the gym first for free and I signed up for a week pass after. The gym is very nice with new equipment, large locker rooms, a nice variety of weights, circuit training equipment and cardio equipment. It even has a separate women's room for those women who would rather exercise in private and a daycare that runs every morning from 8 to 11. I would recommend this gym to anyone from around here and to anyone planning on a visit.
