I've been going here for awhile now. The fitness center is always clean, machines / weights are up-to-date and they offer all sorts of classes. I actually look forward to working out here as the people are very friendly and the owner and staff bend over backwards to help. Top notch fitness club.
A small town style GYM. Limited equipment with age but still functional. I am not a GYM rat but there are a lot there. Little costly.
I love this gym! It's a nice family gym where the focus is on fitness at every level.
Not a huge workout fan. However one can feel comfortable working out here...no obnoxious gym rats...doesn't feel like a giant "meat-market" I can come do my workout and then tan. The staff has always been very knowledgeable w/out being pushy...and very friendly!
Gym with two tanning beds, 20 minute, both older, older to average bulbs, $5 bucks to tan, credit not accepted for this amount, bring cash.
