Nomad is helping me defeat the fat yo-yo. I'm 53 and 350+ without the pool I would not get started to lose weight and stop the yo-yo dieting. Nomad has everything separate cardio and weight facilities two pools and staff that are available when I need them. This business has a good atmosphere, no blaring music, no drama. I think the rates are excellent. I can't be more positive or grateful. Thank you.
Pros: The pool and racquetball courts offer something many other facilities don't have. My wife likes the slate of exercise classes that are offered. The staff is friendly and location is great for Highland Creek.
Cons: The weight and cardio areas are nothing better than adequate. The gym doesn't enforce the family changing room policy, so, unless you are the kind of man who doesn't think it's wrong to change along side six year old girls, you'll have to drive home to change or wait around a while in the hallway until you can use your locker room.
this place is great swim team, lessons, and aerobics.
