Burn Boot Camp
Reviews
I am not very athletic, and I have never been comfortable in a public gym environment. When I have tried to work out in the past, I would just get frustrated and leave. Sometimes I would have what some would call a panic attack. I would feel like everyone was watching me, and I would start to cry. I would usually stop at Wendy's on the way home to try to cheer myself up, which is not entirely productive. Daniel and Carrie make me feel very comfortable, which is saying a lot for someone like me. They promote a positive environment, and while they do push everyone to work hard, they do not extend anyone beyond his or her limits. This is the first time I have ever felt that I could actually accomplish something physically.
I can't say enough about the positive and exciting BBC experience I've had these last 5 weeks...I tend to be one of those "good intentions, poor follow through" people. With BBC I feel guilty when I don't make it to camp - not because someone has made me feel guilty about "skipping" but because I feel difference EVERY workout makes on my body. There is something about surviving a hard workout with a group of women and a handsome trainer - being able to watch how hard people push themselves to achieve their goals pushes yourself even further and receiving positive kudos and encouragement from your trainer for your hard work pushes you to try even harder the next day. This group is like a family where we are all pushing and encouraging each other - THAT is the type of environment I thrive in for a workout! Thank you ladies and THANK YOU DANIEL for all your support...looking forward to summer workouts! Definitely helps that they allow you a 14-day FREE test drive - try it - YOU'LL BE HOOKED!!!!
