This review is for the new YMCA gym on Spring Lane (beside Lowes Food) in Sanford, NC. I have been a member of this gym for only a few weeks but already love it. The staff is wonderful, the equipment is top notch and they have a lovely nursery. The nursery was the deal breaker for me to join. The employees in the nursery actually PLAY with the children, they talk to the children and engage them in fun activities. They have a safe system for checking children in and out and they even use wrist bracelets to make sure the right child goes home with the right patient. I highly recommend the YMCA. My only wish is that the nursery would have longer hours and would open on the weekend during the evening.
