My husband and I love Forever Fit. We are both feeling so much better than before we started.
I sought a gymnastics class in the area for my daughter and looked at this gym. I asked initially if we could do a trial class and I was told no. I then felt there was no other choice than to sign her up to test it out. The gym is very old and in poor shape. There's no real gymnastics apparatus other than mats. It should actually be called tumbling since it's not a full gymnastics program. They turn the aerobics floor into the gymnastics floor with just mats and also put up barriers so the parents aren't able to see the class. The instructor was very nice but unable to keep control of the kids in class. The kids were loud and disruptive throughout most of the class. I obviously was not happy with the class and asked for some kind of refund. I stated I wasn't looking for the entire amount but something that would be fair. I paid a registration fee and one month up front and was told that they could not refund anything at all. I basically made a $45 donation to them. Hopefully someone else in my position will see this and save themselves some money!
The yoga class for beginners is excellent, there are new moves every week and it is so well timed, organized and taught. at $6 a class its a bargain!
