Dragon Arts Kung Fu and MMA

@ Mr. MMA fighter if this was such a good place for MMA the why did you go down in 8 seconds? Just asking was it you, your training, or your teacher? I don't want to start training at a place that won't prepare me for a real fight. The other reviews talk about this place more like a place to meditate and center your mind. Not to get in the ring with a person you have nothing against, and try to destroy them.
I've been a student here for several years and really enjoy it. The owner, Cornell Garrett, is a very humble person. He takes a holistic approach to health and wellness. He has a lot of experience with Chinese medicine, martial arts, and wrestling. I really like that he provides very traditional Chinese martial arts training.
Exceptional quality of instruction. Traditional fundamentals with modern application. Much more than simple martial artistry. A system of transcendence to be certain.
My brother is the instructor and does the best job I have seen I would recommend this school to anyone
I have been a student there for years, i'm an amateur MMA competitor (cagefighter) and i can tell you this stuff works! fun people and interesting classes make this school the best place to go for MMA or self-defense in the area.
