I called to schedule an appointment with the shaulana wilkins, she had a groupon offer. I called everyday for a week with no return phone call. I finally walked into the office to ask why nobody has bothered to call me back? He acted like he had no idea what was going on. He then booked me an appointment for Wednesday at noon and even wrote me the time on a card with her name on it. I come back on Wednesday and the lady at the desk says I don't have an appointment today, it was yesterday. I was like no, I have a card that says today. So, she goes and gets the massage therapist and she shows me I was down for yesterday on her little tablet. I told her well that is not what the time was scheduled for I can prove it with the card that says the time. She got snotty with me and told me ONLY SHE schedules appointments for her. HMMM well then why did he?? She had no answer, I demanded my money back, they both just stared at me. She seen I was frustrated and asks to reschedule SERIOUSLY you cant even keep the scheduled time the first time. I will never refer anybody to this place or ever come back again! Such a joke!!!! Rude staff, nobody bothers to call you back, and they cant manage to keep things in order!
