I absolutely love this place!! Definitely one of the most challenging things I've personally done to date. But the staff are great about taking their time and walking you through the process step by step. Very well trained and they keep you motivated. I recommend this place to anyone looking to add to or to do as their "main" workout. You won't be disappointed!!
