We pride ourselves on being welcoming and friendly to all who pass through our doors. Although we strive to please everyone, unfortunately, not everyone is going to be a perfect fit for what we have to offer. Especially those who have very specific requirements regarding an 'exact piece' of equipment preferred, and/or the cost for club services. We recall your visit to our club. You arrived for your 11am appointment at 9am. As our customer service team member explained, our membership consultant was booked with appointments at 9a and 10a. We do our best to answer questions, give our visiting guests our full attention, and always follow up to insure satisfaction, which is why we have a short guest form we ask to be filled out upon visiting us for the first time. We realize and respect that some people are not comfortable with sharing their contact information & wellness goals via our guest register form, however, it is a procedure that we have in place which helps us to address each individual's specific needs. If someone is adverse to filling out this form, we do not force the issue. All of our Membership and Fitness Consultants are very caring individuals, who are passionate about getting people fit. Although your tour did not go according to your specific plan, we have no doubt whatsoever, that you were treated in a caring and professional manner. Thank you for taking the time to visit our fitness facility. We are sorry that we were not able to meet your fitness requirements. The people at the Laconia Athletic and Swim Club are all very kind and welcome you . They answer all my questions and give me advice when needed. I joined the club 2 months ago and it has been a BLAST! Especially Trish Tyron !! SHE IS THE BEST! Her classes are great and her energy is amazing! She is super encouraging and her enthusiasm is infectious !! She is an amazing asset to the Laconia Athletic and Swim Club! I would recommend this club to any one! Its a great place to be ! Was disrespected and rudely treated. Had arranged an appointment for a free week trial with a Trish Tyron, she let me wait one hour for her in the small lobby! eventually she showed up and first let me fill out 5 forms when I was not even sure I wanted a membership ! Then half heartedly gave me a tour. They have but a few machines, tjey lack a lot, and she also didnt want to explain anything. I did not even accept the free offer of a week pass and left the room.
