I've been a gym rat for upwards of 20 years. I've done it all: aerobics studios, yoga, power lifting, CrossFit. When I moved to the Upper Valley a few months ago, a friend recommended I check out KDR, and I'm so very happy that I did. Since joining KDR 90 days ago, I've reduced my body fat, increased my muscle mass, and started to un-do some long-term aches and physical imbalances. In addition to those measurable results, I'm also enjoying the intangibles. The gym has a great vibe and everyone I've met has been friendly and motivated. People at KDR work hard and do their best -- but there's no judgment and no intimidation. It's a fun, inspiring environment. Great music, tons of equipment, plenty of space and light. I LOVE my customized workouts and feel very motivated to go to the gym 3 times a week. I can feel myself improving and that work is recognized by the coaches -- which always feels good. Whether you're a long-time exerciser or are trying to find your inner athlete for the first time, KDR is an excellent place to start working on your goals.
