Great workout to get your butt in gear. Dave has created a great, welcoming environment for people of all activity levels to get in shape. I have been going since the new year with my boyfriend and we love how challenging it is, but not so hard that we can't finish. Keep up the good work!
I've been attending Hoboken Boot Camps with David since September and I can't say enough good things about it. I chirp to my friends about it all the time. David is such a good trainer. He's always got new ideas, new exercises, new ways to push your body. I've never been big on exercise or working out but I'm addicted to this class. I look forward to it each morning. It's intense and not easy but David isn't mean. He's upbeat and positive and is behind you 100%. My favorite part of the class though is the lack of judgment or that weird vibe you often get at gyms. We are all there for the same reason, to better ourselves and get in shape. I am by far the most out of shape gal in the whole class and often the last one to finish exercises or I'll modify them so I can finish the set. I've never once felt embarrassed or self conscious about it. I truly cannot recommend this class to you enough. Hoboken Boot Camps is not like anything you've ever done before.
