It's a nice gym, they have good machines and it's a good size. My problem is with the bad attitude that some of the employees have, there is a few nice ones but there is some that need to learn good customer service..
Thank GAWD for the reviews!! I WAS going to check this place out, but now, NO WAY! Thank you, reviewers, for warning people like myself to avoid this sleaze-joint! LOL!
wow lots of bad reports, wtf we need to start using our membership that we haven't used since we got back hm. wheres a nice PF in Albuquerque.
Currently dealing with billing issues, 4 months in a row. Iv never had the WORSE customer service in my life!!! The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE(EXCEPT ONE EMPLOYEE) AND HAVE SUCH A BENT STICK UP THERE ASS. I'M TO THE POINT OF CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT DUE TO ALL THE OVERAGES AND FEE'S THERE BULLSHIT BILLING SYSTEM HAS CAUSED ME. STAY AWAY!! FAR AWAY.
Decent gym if you're you want a simple workout and some cardio, a bit crowded during peak hours. They brag about being 24 hour but that's only 4 days a week and they actually close very early on weekends. The problem starts with the billing practices, they are a complete rip-off. Advertise low cost get you to sign up for cheap membership with huge discount on sign up fee, then once your signed up they get you to upgrade to the Black Card for double the monthly cost which is fine since it opens up access to other locations. The rub comes when you suddenly get charged a membership fee of 50 bucks and if you choose to cancel the membership you don't get that prorated and have to pay a $58 cancelation fee.
