I have just recently signed up with a membership after passing by this gym number of years, and i wish I would have signed up sooner. I enjoy the attentiveness, friendliness and happiness of the owner- who was very helpful in accommodating to help get me back in the gym and was beyond friendly to both my son and I. I also was contacted immediately by the fitness instructor to help me complete a fitness assessment. All this attention and help i never got in any planet fitness or defined. I will continue to recommend this gym!

My boyfriend became a member here in January of 2012 and had nothing but good things to say about Noel (owner) so I decided to leave Sports & Wellness and begin training at this gym. I quickly became friends with many of the awesome members and once again developed a love for the Fitness Industry. I have many years of experience working in many various gyms and personal training studios, so Noel put his trust in me and promoted me to manager of this gym in July of 2013. I have loved every minute of it! I will continue to do my best to put our members needs at the top of my priority list and do everything in my power to make it a place that our members look forward to coming to! It saddens me to see only negative reviews for this gym, because it is such a positive environment to be in and our current members love it and we love our members!

The customer service sucks over here noel the owner cant take care of payment s at all. I tried to cancel my membership and he forgot to do it, so i moved away and kept on getting charged. Before i knew it i was $180 in collections. I called Noel and he did not even knew who i was and did not have a answer to why i was charged so much.....maybe because he forgot to cancel my membership like said he would...... So anyways he tells me to pay him and that he will call the collection agency and take care of it..... two weeks later i get a call from the agency demanding money!!!! Yes.. he forgot to do that too... Good job Noel!!!!! And ps i am not the only person he has screwed over... Don't join this gym because your gonna end up paying a lot of money in the end.

This place is ridiculous! My fiance and I joined 5 months ago, only took him a few visits to decide this wasn't the gym for him. He cancelled his membership but I hadn't the chance to work out there and still have not due to work schedule and being out of state. I have been calling for a week now, every day at elast 3 times a day and have even stopped by there. I haven't received a return call from anyone after I have left numerous messages (8). No one was there during their "normal business hours" which on the recording say 11am-7pm M-F. I am beyond annoyed by these people. I've called the emergency # which states if there is a club "emergency" to call. God forbid anyone hurt themselves or really do have an emergency because no one will return or answer their calls. I've called my bank to stop payment to them since that is the only way I can cancel my memebership. I'm sure based on these other ratings that they will try to continue charging me. This is the worse gym ever and I would never refer anyone to them.

NIGHTMARE! DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!! I'm a former personal trainer and gym veteran, and I've never encountered a more horrendous gym billing experience. I joined a few years ago, and was willing to pay more for a month to month membership so I could cancel anytime with one month notice. I was horrified when unauthorized charges started showing up on my credit card from Anytime fitness/ABC Financial (the company that handles their billing) I contacted the gym manager Noel immediately. He informed me he would take care of the issue no problem. Well months later I started receiving bills in the the mail from ABC for ABSURD amounts of money they claimed I owed. I once again contacted Noel, and he refunded me only a fraction of what was charged to me incorrectly. Because of this trouble, I decided to cancel my membership and go elsewhere since I had a month to month contract, and could cancel anytime with proper notice. I called and was told very rudely by "Tagan" that no I can't cancel because I signed a 3 year contract according to their records!! Thank goodness I kept my copy of the contract that proves I'm correct. (Now when you call the gym they make you call ABC, ABC tells you to call the gym. They make you go in circles! No one will help you!) I've never encountered such shady businesses practices and lazy, snotty, unprofessional customer service. Noel and his employees are great, until you have any issue or concern, then they do a 180 and morph into jerks! I'm now filing a complaint with the Better Businesses Bureau, and attorney generals office. BEWARE if you join Anytime Fitness. I wouldn't be surprised if they make you sign your contract with blood and own your soul like a contract with Satan!!
