Wow what can I say. I had a private yoga lesson there and I have never been to this place before. I came in to an empty reception area with no one to greet me, very off putting right away. I sat for 10 minutes until a lady came out and did not say a word. I felt so uncomfortable just sitting there with no orientation, no hello, women talking among themselves.
The energy if this place is really off, nothing serene or peaceful about it. Wires and clutter. When I started my lesson, the owner spoke very loud with the other women in the reception and I asked my instructor to tell them to be more respectful and lower their voices. I crossed paths with the owner again and she just gave me a dirty look.
This place is a joke, rude, and have no customer service skills. Word of advice for the owner: Please go to yoga studios around Manhattan and learn from them. Will never return.
