So very disappointed in the sudden schedule change. Cris Terelli is leaving the 8:30 class on Saturday. So sad :(. I have been going to her class which has been my favorite for years! She deserves better treatment.. What ever happened to cardio?
I have been a member of the RAC for years and remain extremely satisfied. I have had the great pleasure of working out with Jennifer Palmer as my Personal Trainer two times a week for over two years. Those workouts have taught me so much about physical training, nutrition, strength training and overall fitness. I know now what a 'good' workout feels like. I workout often on the days I don't train with Jenn and my own workouts are now focused and intense. The RAC is clean and well staffed. I use the locker room and I am impressed by its upkeep. I have enjoyed a wide variety of the classes, but hold my highest commendation for the personal training - Jenn is a superb trainer and I owe her a great debt of gratitude.
Barbara & Heidi need a copy in their personnel file RE: their outstanding professional, personal skills & how considerate & flexible & thinking out of the box for those of us who are in less than perfect health for developing our personal programs!!!!
I joined the RAC for women in Perinton, NY about a month ago, I could not be happier with the service and hospitality. Everyone is friendly and sets you up for success! Great environment and place to work out!
RAC is the best! I came there knowing nothing about fitness, and JP and his team have been friendly, helpful, and patient. They explain everything and give me fitness and weight loss tips, and they really seem to care how I'm doing. You're not just left there hanging... Every time I go there, one of the staff members will come over to see how I'm doing and if I need any help. They make fitness easy!
