My boys have been going to Camp Weona for the past few years and LOVE it. There is fishing, sleeping out under the stars, archery, rock climbing, horseback riding, and, well, just about any kind of activity you can imagine! We are packing up right now to go! Next year my older son will sign up to for the Leaders in Training program. The other reviewer stated that there are no seconds on food, and that is simply not true. As soon as everyone gets a first serving, kids get in line for seconds. When packages are sent from home it is sealed up to keep raccoons from eating it, but it belongs to that kid. I suppose it's tough to be isolated from family, since cell phones, ipods and other electronics are not allowed. But the counselors are prepared for kids who have trouble being away from home.
