My son started PowerTrain a couple moths after they first opened. He has been going regularly since then and every year also playing football. I can see the difference in him from prior years, he's more balanced, explosive and powerful. He has also been trained the proper way to run which increased his speed. Adam and all of his trainers did such a great job with him I decided to start going myself. Starting in my 40's I realize what it takes to take it to the next level at any sport or in your own personal gains. I can assure you that you will achieve the level you are after by training with these professionals and it all depends on you. If you want to stand out on your team I would highly recommend PowerTrain and would also like to thank Adam and all the trainers involved with helping my son achieve his goals and helping me in the direction of mine.
