The people working there are not there to ensure customers have a positive experience. I get a sense that I'm visiting their gym, and most of the time I'm an imposition....even though I'm paying to use the gym.

I stayed at a local hotel and was looking for a gym in the area. It was no more than 2 blocks away. I got in, asked how much it was for a daily or hourly rate and once I heard $25 I was out the door. Don't get me wrong, the facility looked nice, but they need to figure the daily/hourly rate out.
