My sister had to get out of her contract for health reasons (as directed by her cardiologist) and when she supplied them with a note from the doctor she was told that her doctor didn't know anything and all doctors only sit in a class for 2 hours to get the MD after their names. He pretty much told her that she would be heavy all of her life and was very rude and uncooperative. She is still getting the run-around on getting out of her contract. Oh yeah, they charge 140/MONTH! Talk about a rip-off!
