I'm dissapointed with the custonmer service here. I had sent back a package with two sweaters that were too small to get them exchanged. EliteFTS had them back for a week now and still hasnt sent out a replacement. The standard delivery takes one week so by the time I will get the replacement, christmas will probably be over and the ortder was placed four weeks ago. another dissapointment is that I have ordered some resitance bands, the package was lost by UPS and again EliteFTS has yet to send out a replacement. Very dissappointing experience for a first time cutsomer. Probably wont order here again unless they will somehow make this incoinvenience up to me...
I've been a customer of EliteFTS since before 2011. I've always had a lot of respect for the group based on what I've read on their site and the impression I get from Mr. Tate. However, their customer service has recently taken a dive and it looks like I'm not the only one noticing. I placed an order 11/19/13 for a gift to my brother. On 11/25/13 I received an e-mail from the warehouse/shipping manager stating the items I purchased were backordered and they wouldn't be in for 3 weeks. I chose to wait and asked why the item showed in-stock on their site and I was being notified of the issue 6 days later. She stated the delay was their fault and they didn't "realize" they had back orders. I thanked her for the explanation and began waiting. I confirmed on 12/10/13 that the item still showed in-stock online. On 12/12/13 I received a notice from a different CSR that my order was canceled, without explanation. They also messed up the shipping address, so even if it had been sent, it would have been delivered to the wrong address. On 12/12/13, I replied back, stating my dissatisfaction and told them I'd be sending my money elsewhere.
I can't say enough about how good Elitefts, Dave Tate and his crew are. Have bought stuff over the years from them and continue to get great service. They ship fast and if there is an issue, they quickly resolve it. Recently I ordered my own Fathers Day gift (Pair of Spud Suspension straps) and there was a mix up where I only received one, instead of a pair. Called in and talked to Customer Service, new one shipped in 24 hours.
